1. Services
1.1 Service Description: When Doves Fly, LLC offers dove release services for various events. This includes the provision of doves, transportation to the event location, and the coordination of the release according to the agreed-upon schedule.

2. Payment and Cancellation
2.1 Pricing: Our pricing is based on the type of event, the number of doves requested, and the location of the event. All prices are provided in the booking confirmation.
2.2 Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
2.3 Cancellation Policy: If your release has been paid in full and cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a 100% refund unless you choose to reschedule for a later date. Deposits are returned only for situations that result from unforseen circumstances.
3. Event Conditions
3.1 Weather: Dove releases are weather-dependent. If adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds) prevent the release, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
3.2 Event Timing: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the event runs on schedule. If the dove release is delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., delayed ceremony), we may be unable to provide the release.
3.3 Venue Requirements: The venue must be safe and suitable for the release of doves. We reserve the right to refuse the release if the environment is deemed unsafe for the doves.
4. Liability
4.1 Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect details provided by the client.
4.2 Service Limitations: While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our doves, we cannot guarantee the exact timing, behavior, or direction of the doves once released. The doves are well trained, but their behavior may be influenced by external factors.
4.3 Liability Limitation: When Doves Fly, LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the dove release, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.
5. Photography and Marketing
5.1 Photography: We may take photographs or videos of the dove release for marketing purposes. By booking our Services, you consent to the use of these images and videos on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you would not like photographs to be used in our marketing you must notify us in writing. If you provide us with photos or videos of the dove release, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these materials for marketing purposes.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/Country].
